Thank you Duffman for the replies. Great tips for working out....I focus more on squatting for the next couple of months and see if thats what I was missing. I have read the site about the 5x5 routine..I will give it a try starting today. I normally do 4 sets of 10.....damn.

Eating part...I hate eggs...maybe that is what I need to add into my diet.

It will take your body a little bit to adjust, but when you do, you will feel great and only poop once a day.
Is that an accurate measurement of health? I poop maybe 2-3 times a day....morning after coffe, lunch after my smoke break and after dinner before the kids go to bed and I smoke my nightly "cigs"....hmmmmm, I poop right after I eat really like an that I think about it.....what does that mean?
