wow. can't believe I haven't seen this thread until now. we have a thread just like this on our local forums. I guess you can add me to the list. Just weighed myself today at the gym.
32-33 size pants (pretty sure that's inches)
last time I measured my biceps, they were 15 3/4" cold (before my workout)
I'm more focused on gaining strength at this point, but do plan to shred up once I reach a comfortable size. You guys should post some progress pics to help track your gains. that's what we do in our thread. seeing everyone else's gains, as well as your own, makes it easier for you to not lose track of your goal, and stay on the right path.
I'll post some pics that were taken today @ the gym. hopefully you guys don't think I'm gay or anything. haha
