Well I didn't sell the car, but I sure didn't try very hard either haha.
After having 2 children since this build, I was due for some car time so this Spring I'm doing some tweaking.
I'm installing a FRPP suspension, converting to a blow-through MAF, and just sent my little 350cfm IHI turbo off for some porting and a compressor wheel upgrade to flow 440cfm (only $120 so I figured why not).
That should allow it to pull all the way to 7,000 RPM instead of nosediving after 5,300 RPM.
Granted the turbine housing may still be a choke point, but I'll deal with that later if it is indeed a choke point.
If possible I'd love to keep that low-end power and have it pull that hard to 7K RPM. We shall see soon enough.
I can't remember if I posted about it, but I'm doing my own tuning now with the SCT Pro Racer Package.
I've learned a tremendous amount, but there's always more to learn with tuning.
