The 225s, especially on the SVT, are all kind of tall and the last thing that car needs is more gear...it already goes plenty fast in 2nd. A 225/40-17 would be a good choice too, but is not made in an Uber Street Tire tire. A 235/35-17 R1R would be an interesting choice, if some wider wheels were used. A 225/45-16 R1R would also be an interesting choice...
