Looks like #3 is running really lean.
This is a very
common problem on these cars, and you should have it looked at before something goes...BOOM...
If you search around these forums, you'll see that about 50% of the engine failures are due to the #3 piston losing it's upper ring land because it was running too lean.
Not trying to scare you, but if it were me I'd want to get that looked at.
FWIW, here's my observations on that same plug:

I made sure all the intake to head hose clamps were tight, ran a can of injector cleaner through it, and had the tune adjusted slightly.
Haven't seen a lean problem in that cylinder since then.

Is there any gains with a COP set up on the SVT?
