and this is a big problem I have with drivers and cops (or more acurately , the county who enforces traffic laws) Drivers, because of there lack of pride in driving, which leads to poor driving, such as improper turns, no signals, left lane hangging, on and on. And the cops, for making the speeding parta a cash cow for the county. Most people will drive the speed they are comfortable doing, based on traffic, weather, visability and so on. So if the traffic is doing 10 over, and someone is doing 15 over the limit, it doesn't mean they are dangerous. There are exceptions, like people who do more that say 10 over the prevailing traffic... sure, ticket those people, but leave the rest alone. They need to start making there money by ticketing slopy or rude drivers. Or left lane hangers. Then they would see accidents go down.
