cams look good. The bar would NOT fit if they were not right.
FWIW, the way the cams are, that is TDC where ignition happens on #1, but yeah both 1 and 4 are up.
There is a way to goof up the TDC pin and bend valves, but its hard to do, you almost have to do it on purpose.
And before people start talking about 180 degrees out... the coil is wasted spark, and there is only one timing hole on the flywheel. The way you put the cams dictates the actual suck-squish-bang-blow timing.
