Also while you're at it, if you have the lock cylinder removed,
use a small screwdriver and remove the black plastic piece that holds the lock pin in place. It comes straight up and out of the lock cylinder.
This way, while you wait for the replacement part to arrive, if for some reason, you just can't turn the lock cylinder anymore you can just pull the entire lock out because it's not being locked in place. Of course, there is a security issue, but it's negligible if you have a transponder key.
