I just thought I'd add one more reply defending the guys at MSS. The only thing I've had done by them is my tune, but that has worked out great for me.
As far as the back-ordered products go, there's not much a dealer like MSS can do about it. Coming from someone who works in a store where back-orders are common (and not due to us. manufacturers can be terrible with supplying their distributors/retailers), I would hope you aren't blaming Massive for this. It would be like going to Best Buy and getting mad at them for not having a Wii in stock....
