You misunderstood. The 14s are gonna be NA. I am a good track day away from 14s right now. The head swap will be a higher flowing ported and polished head that is milled in order to bump up my compression a bit. Add to that cams and the weight reductions I will be putting into place, and there will be mid-low 14s NA.
With the nitrous, God only knows. WAAAAAAY into the 13s should be a mediocre run.
